Pop-up Dining

Given the challenges of the stage-4 restrictions, we've been unable to bring our monthly pop-up dinners to you, however we have made it a new experience (for you!) Our Five Course Degustation is now available in your home (DIY), making it fun and a learning experience as well. Don't worry everything is pretty much done, you just need to put it together.

If you have a special occasion coming up or just want to spoil a loved one, this is your opportunity to present something you would find at a fine dining restaurant made by a professional chef.

If there are any dietary requirements or allergies please contact us and we can make adjustments to the menu as required.

This month special $85 per person for five courses

Zucchini Gazpacho

with cold press olive oil and focaccia (served cold)

King Fish Carpaccio
with fermented capsicum, apple fluid gel and baby herbs

Seared Quail
with pickled fennel, miso cauliflower cream, burnt onion emulsion

Roasted Hanger Steak
with charred baby carrots, glazed shallots, pea puree, buttered peas 
and a red wine jus

Mascarpone Panna Cotta
with berry fluid gel, seasonal berries, hazelnut biscuit crumb and honey comb
