We are a family owned business, first opening our doors in September 2017 and have been blessed to have landed here in the arms of such a beautiful and supportive community.
Owner and Head Chef Sang Tran, originally from Toronto, Canada began his curiosity of food very early on having trained in Lyon, France and Sicily, Italy.
The journey continued across the globe before landing in Melbourne and setting up several restaurants across various locations.
It was a dream come true finding this little gem in the suburb of Essendon. The most perfect opportunity came about to put his creativity to the plate and allow others to experience flavours from around the globe.
We have been so blessed to have met so many wonderful and loyal customers that are now part of the Copper & Spoon family.
Our mission is to provide our customers with a warm experience, from our home to yours. We source local sustainable ingredients to support small businesses within Victoria.

The menu is carefully put together by Chef Sang Tran, highlighting seasonal ingredients in simple, handcrafted dishes served straight from our kitchen. Ingredients are locally sourced to support small businesses and farmers to bring together an experience of flavours for you to enjoy at the table.
